Andy Burnham continues war against illegal dumping, children now affected

With the new regulations taking place a few weeks ago, Andy Burnham has announced plans to make further crackdowns on illegal dumping. Recently there was a nursery enrolling new children to the site and there was a terrible smell nearby coming from an illegal dumping area and so the parents of the children decided to not enrol their children.The smell particularly got worse when the heatwaves were so frequent and hot as well. Authorities also have doubts on how effective the new measures and this new crackdown will be saying it could be too expensive to clean up.

It's difficult to fix, the culture surrounding illegal dumping and even littering is quite prevalent and so the only effective way is to tackle the reason why people do these things in the first place or to tackle the accessibility of illegal dumping . should we have stronger laws and harsher punishments similar to how the Dutch treats littering?
