An 89 year old lady enriching st john’s woods told no!!

What I love about people who show an interest, look after their community or personally enrich the surrounding areas for no sake of their own are the type of people we need more of. Unfortunately the Westminster council has targeted an elderly lady, the garden with a bench she was looking after for over 2 decades. Was encouraging anti social behaviour (could be street hooligans or such) and complaints but Katharine Hoskyns says that no one really complained about the garden except for 1 neighbour.

This kind of story reminds me of a Chinese lady who would plants trees in an area because the lands were going a process could desertification and one day a tourist visiting came and visited and when he sore that this lady was planting all of these trees, he was moved by this action and decided to give her £5000 as a gift. Fast forward today all of that land now has a huge forest.

Although the actions of Katharine Hoskyns aren't on the same scale. But I think this kind of action is appreciated by the community as a whole. There has been a petition with over 190 signatures to try and stop the Westminster council from doing this. So do you think Katharine should stop? Or do you think she should continue?
