Omani Co-Pilot Intended to Crash Plane Into Israeli Airport, UAE Investigation Reveals

 

•  A shocking terror conspiracy has been uncovered by UAE state prosecutors investigating the attack inside a Flydubai flight (FZ1073) heading from Dubai to Tel Aviv. According to official reports, the Omani co-pilot, Hammam al-Hammami, deliberately planned a suicide mission to crash the aircraft directly into Israel's Ben Gurion International Airport. The UAE Attorney General's office confirmed that the suspect used a cockpit crash axe to attack the pilot in command, Indian Captain Smit Machchhar, in an attempt to seize control of the aircraft. Thanks to the quick reflexes of Captain Smit and the bravery of the crew and passengers, the attacker was subdued, averting a massive disaster. Recognizing this immense bravery, Indian pharmaceutical giant Mankind Pharma has announced a reward of ₹1 crore for Captain Smit.
