  • The Social Media Crimes Section of the Dubai Police, in close coordination with the Dubai Electronic Security Center, has executed a massive digital enforcement sweep to secure online consumer retail spaces. Anti-fraud teams successfully identified and disabled approximately 1,200 cloned web pages and malicious transactional gateways used by automated syndicates to harvest credential logs. The fraudulent setups primarily targeted local consumers via text alerts mimicking popular logistics firms like Aramex, DHL, and Emirates Post. Cyber teams have directed the public to strictly use official channels to flag unrecognized verification links.
