This process returns the raw carbon threads to their virgin structural state without compromising their tensile strength, allowing the materials to be infinitely remolded into premium components for automotive, aviation, and offshore marine manufacturing.
This biochemical milestone has positioned the Trondheim region as a central hub for green manufacturing innovation. Major European electronics and industrial transport groups have already signed long-term agreements to purchase this recycled bio-composite material, establishing an independent, closed-loop raw material loop that completely removes the need for petrochemical derivatives in composite manufacturing and solving a major global industrial waste crisis that has historically left old turbine blades in landfills.
