European Sustainable Infrastructure Board Approves €6 Billion Grant for Smart Trans-Continental Renewable Corridors


 

  • PARIS — The European Green Infrastructure Council has officially authorized a multi-billion euro funding package dedicated to developing vast interconnected solar and wind grids across emerging European trade hubs. Equipped with high-voltage solid-state transmission technology, the project will seamlessly distribute clean energy across borders to reduce industrial carbon footprints. Engineering consortiums are scheduled to break ground on the mega-project within the next forty-five days.
