  • RAIPUR — छत्तीसगढ़ शासन ने राजधानी रायपुर को नवा रायपुर से जोड़ने के लिए बहुप्रतीक्षित 'लाइट मेट्रो रेल कॉरिडोर' परियोजना के वित्तीय बजट को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह पूरा ट्रैक आधुनिक तकनीक से लैस और पूरी तरह से एलिवेटेड होगा। परिवहन विभाग के अनुसार, इस हाई-स्पीड ग्रीन ट्रांजिट कॉरिडोर के निर्माण से दोनों शहरों के बीच यात्रा का समय घटकर आधा रह जाएगा, जिससे दैनिक यात्रियों को भारी ट्रैफिक से राहत मिलेगी।
