OSLO — An international energy consortium has announced that its high-capacity subsea carbon dioxide storage terminal beneath the North Sea is now fully operational. The facility liquefies and permanently injects industrial carbon emissions captured from factories across mainland Europe deep into depleted offshore reservoirs.
