DUBAI — In a historic milestone for urban engineering, Dubai has officially approved a mega-infrastructure blueprint for a fully self-sustaining tech district. The city precinct will features solid-state kinetic flooring and hydrogen fuel-cell backup power systems designed to maintain complete energy independence.
